Thermal Properties Analysis
WoodComposite Sweden AB offers detailed insights into the thermal properties of your materials, including Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) assessed by ISO 75 and Vicat Softening Temperature evaluated according to ISO 306 standards.
Physical Properties Examination
Our lab conducts meticulous assessments of weight, dimensions, color, dispersion, as well as microscopic and fiber analyses in both wet and dry conditions. These analyses ensure a comprehensive understanding of the physical characteristics of your products.
Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA)
We offer DMA at room temperature for tensile, torsion, or bending applications, as well as climatized testing for a more comprehensive evaluation of your material’s dynamic mechanical behavior.
Durability Testing
WoodComposite Sweden AB’s lab performs various durability tests, including scratch resistance, moisture uptake analysis, ageing tests, and weathering tests, ensuring the longevity and performance of your wood composite products.
Flow Analysis
Our lab evaluates flow properties through Melt Flow Index (MFI) testing according to ISO 1133, Spiral flow testing, and rheologic data obtained using a Capillary Rheometer.
